About me

I am an empathetic and collaborative psychologist who works with adolescents and adults. I place great importance on creating a judgment free safe space. I have over 9 years of experience in a number of settings including private and public youth mental health, forensic, schools and community settings. I am particularly passionate about supporting women, neurodivergent people and LGBTQIA+ people.

I work with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism, life transitions, stress, emotion regulation and relationship and attachment issues. I enjoy empowering people to make the changes they want and remove the barriers impacting on their mental health. I provide neuroaffirming therapy and assessments.

I draw from various evidence-based interventions including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Schema Therapy.
